Corporate America is downsizing jobs and trying to keep some shareholders happy. What is happening at the work place in main St. America? Way back until 2007, summer and labor day cook outs and free turkeys were just a normal thing. Today you better be happy with what you have. Here are some thougths to ponder for our middle class. With no agenda in our writing but a title, we will be rambling with our own unique thinking...

Lay-offs

Work is scarce and the Company is not meeting its quarter revenue. Plant managers have already reduced spending. The answer? You are going to be laid-off. The company pushes the expense on the Government. The Investors and shareholders are fine. You are not needed anymore. Your wages go down 33% or more, by opening an unemployment account. Who suffer the most? The middle class. At the end of the year, uncle Sam will tax you anyway. So, your dream home and that back porch will be lost to the Bank, unless you refinance or get another job. But seriously, can you get a job easily?

Is who You Know, and Not What You Know

So, if you are a young kid, who just graduated from College with a debt and want to get the entry level job. Do you think they are going to let it have it? Here applies the survival of the fittest. Either your dad is friends with his boss and give you a hand, or you just start flipping some burgers, thinking where did you go wrong? All that science in your head for nothing?

So many stories come to our mind. We sure know that today, if you don't have a "pull" you are a nobody. Companies won't venture their capital in new hires, they would rather keep the least and smart multitasking employees, or spend overseas after a meeting with their financial advisers.

The Richer gets Richer

With little risks, big corporations buy struggling companies, and close plants with no remorse. Managers that were making over 145,000 dollars a year are not needed anymore. The "big fish" replaces key directors of the board from defunct companies with their own. "We bought you, so we do whatever we want..."

Unfairness escalates rampant and the buying power falls down crashing the cycle of spending. This seems nuts, but is happening. Banks cannot keep the foreclosed homes, and people cannot afford a decent living. The money is still out there, but who took it?

The Feds keep spending with the "business as usual spirit." Allies still get our promised asssisance and help, but the regular citizen will be about to lose his home in order to have some dollars for survival. The rich? They are fine! They are checking on their IPads, their weekly yielding, just as we Hubbers check our daily score.

Some will own Football teams, and others already bought Islands that are not even on the map, and certainly some are holding their money after election day. Wall St. will make its move just like every four years. "Someone blindfolded "Justice lady" and literally raped her." Yikes!

"Fair is Fair..."

Told us an investor. We depend on them and their coldest ever green cash. We are not free to live our American dream. America was sold out to heartless and greedy people. Patriotism is unexistent, because our debt was bought by other countries. No more toll free number assistance from Atlanta Georgia or Pueblo Colorado. You just get a "friendly voice" from another country, just to help you with your IPad or IPhone. Uncle Sam already passed on and endorsed those trillion and trillions of public debt to our grand kids.

Do you think this is fair? Where did they put our Pioneers efforts? Or Billybuc's grandparents farming dreams? How did the rich get away with this? Is just a sign of the times my middle class friends. Rich kids born after the 80's were infused with the coldest values ever. And they own more than half of America. Do they want to be bother with the problems of the 99%? No way Jose! Dad left enough plastic cash for their next fifty years.

They will be worried about their Yachts, Lamborghini's and their tanning at a spa from that exclusive "billionaires club." They just want their freaking interest back on time. Easy comes, easy go! They spent 120,000 in a car and they want to make sure their investments are giving them back awesome returns. If you have 120 million in bonds and 38,000,000 in funds, you get used to that fluctuation of earned cash.

Big billionaire dad was too busy doing the same thing, so core moral values were null from the very first minute of these rich kids lives. They might be in Asia or even here, but they all are the same.

Corporate America will proceed as we said at the beginning. The pressure is passed on through stockholders and their quarter meetings. But what happened to Bruce Springsteen and his, "Born in the USA?"

"Fair is fair Joseph! You get back to your daily task, and be happy that you still have a job..."

You Do it to Others and Will come back at You

Rich People will live a normal life in their own paradise.

Same happened to Rome and fell!

Same happened to Athenes Greece and fell!

Same happened to Spain and its Armada after taking all the gold from the new world. Today Iberia owes the world along with Greece.

Same thing happened Babylon, and sure fell with its Ziggurats.

Pharaohs and their monumental dinasty fell. Hitler wanted a 1,000 years Reich. So nothing will last forever and...

There will be a change, and all that money kept away from the needy, will come back at them. Tomorrow is not promise for anyone. We know that the universe is one, and nature is wise. This moral degradation was supposed to happen after all. The sun will rise tomorrow and the night will fall and maybe a change will happen the very next morn'.
